A growing business, supported by our many local and satisfied customers, we have been compelled to more than double the size of our building. Our new, modern facility, has allowed us to bring in more technologically advanced equipment and enhance the environment for our employees. Capability, is one of the major results O-D Tool has attained from good old fashion hard work and the dedication of its employees and management to the achievement of excellence in our field. This evolvement has been a Process which has involved the purchases of three major machine tools ; 1 ) Zoller Genius 3, CNC measuring machine, to certify proper geometries and specifications on our standard and special cutting tools. 2 ) 3M video truing and dressing machine for accurately prepared grinding wheels, and 3 ) Schuette 305, 5-axis CNC grinding machine with 5 independent wheel hubs, equipped with a loader. These machines all contain the latest technology available to propel our company's commitment to quality. Having a full second shift allows us to accommodate rush jobs, and give speedy turnaround times to our customers. With Better Than New performance the norm for our reground carbide end mills, our customers are able to realize great cost savings from putting dull useless tools back into operation at a fraction of the cost for new tooling. We can conveniently mark the diameters on the shanks, or downsize the tools in.010 increments to accommodate CNC programmers.
