Artisan bakery whose offerings include a variety of handmade artisan breads, viennoiserie, bagels, cookies, biscotti and pizza as well as locally roasted coffee and coffee beans. Breads are made in-house daily with a natural levain created by Hearth's owner Peter Nyberg more than 25 years ago. Open 7 days/week at 6am, excluding some major holidays.

I tried it once again. On a Friday it was a disaster. Waited over a hour for a cheese pizza. The help were useless. Total waste of time and money. Pizza under cooked and soggy. Never going back....

Have been a handful of times for everything from bagels to baked goods to pizza. Everything is amazing. Well worth the trip if you're not nearby and/or the wait if they're busy.
