History
The Feltman family moved into their antique (circa 1750) Cape Cod style house in the heart of Sandwich Village in August, 1989. Setting up shop in the shed of their home, Angela set about raising her family and growing Heart of Stone, the family business, designing stone and pearl jewelry, and selling mineral, fossil and gem stones along with her creations at local and regional craft fairs. In 1997, she moved the business out of the shed and into her first retail outlet, and expanded again into the current location in 2001. Today, Heart of Stone is one of Sandwich's favorite gift shops, with a fascinating selection of up-and-coming designer jewelry, an ever changing array of fashion accessories, gifts, home decor, cards, candles, chimes, fossil and mineral specimens, books, bells, whistles and the occasional boomerang.

Heart of Stone is home to Cape Cod Colors! The Cape Cod designed and themed jewelry that shows the world where your heart calls home. Also specializing in a wide variety of semi-precious gemstone jewelry, fun and sassy gifts, nautical necessities for any Cape Cod home and a variety of womens apparel and accessories.

The owner is overly rude when it comes to handling customers. No reason to go there with so many good stores on the cape. Not to mention how overpriced it is.

Very bad experience! I have come here over the past couple years and the owner has become increasingly rude. I would just ignore it and ask for help from one of the other associates as they are...
