The Falmouth Service Center (FSC) seeks to improve the quality of life of neighbors in need. It is the mission of Hand in hand, the FSC Thrift Shop, (formerly known as the Emerald House Thrift Shop) to provide a continuous and strong revenue stream by selling high quality, repurposed goods donated by the community in support of FSC client services.
Specialties
The Hand in hand Thrift Shop has a wide selection of clean, in-season women's, men's and children's clothing in addition to shoes, purses, and jewelry. We also carry small household items (both practical and decorative), linens and some furniture. We have gently used high quality home furnishings, such as: dining tables and chairs, end tables, buffet servers, dressers, desks, rockers, bookcases, wicker, wrought iron and patio furniture. Every sale at the Hand in hand Thrift Shop is a direct donation to the Falmouth Service Center (www.falmouthservicecenter.org). By donating your gently used furniture and household items not only are you keeping reusable items out of our landfills, you're supplying our community with quality items at discounted prices. My entire wardrobe has been bought at this store. You can find some brand-name items not even used. I have been going here for 3 years and never walk out empty handed.

I agree with the other reviewer: this place is way over-priced. yes, they have higher quality items than most thrift stores on the cape, but the bar is pretty low. I wish they spent less time...
