Hand in Hand Massage

My name is Monique Illona and I opened Hand in Hand Massage in 1991. My Relaxation Massage sessions are for those who just love to deeply relax as well as those suffering from stress, anxiety and panic disorders. I work directly with the vagus system to deactivate the stress and anxiety response and reset the nervous system. Therapeutic Massage focuses can focus on everything from Essential Tremor and other tremor disorders, to arthritis, headache/migraine work, whiplash, digestive issues, healthy heart sessions and jaw tension. To this end I offer extended sessions which I feel is better suited for the results we want. I find it antithetical to these results to rush a client in and out, so there is always plenty of time to chat before and after a session, so a 90-minute session that begins at 10am may end at 11:45 or 12:30.
