Habilitation Assistance Corporation has been providing community services in the Braintree, Plymouth, Pocasset and Hyannis areas in Massachusetts since 1983. It is a private organization to support individuals in realizing their personal visions and their participation as self-determined, respected members of the community. It provides a wide range of support services to individuals and their families in southeastern Massachusetts. Its services include health care and nursing supervision, behavior management, counseling, and occupational, physical, speech and language therapies. It also provides expressive therapy for assessment, evaluations, support plan development, direct clinical treatment and consultation to members, families and other health professionals. It is approved by CARF, the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission, which is the preeminent, nationally recognized certification body for the rehabilitation field.
