This place is known for offering low cost or free legal services to local people with low/no income. Their website, www.gbls.org, says that they offer assistance on a wide variety of legal issues...

i can not even get past the LARC hotline to speak to someone.... the only people they help are the people who do not speak english as there native tongue....as they tell you on the larc...
