I specialize in helping individuals and couples to figure out the message that their emotions are sending them so they can move out of uncomfortable or disheartening situations. Every emotion is a signal that is telling you if you are on the right track towards what you really want. How? * At the beginning of the session we'll explore how you feel so we can read the message the emotion is trying to communicate to you. * At the end of the session we'll figure out what you can do in your life that is aligned with that message. * In-between sessions: This new way of behaving will make you feel something different. It may make you feel a little uncomfortable at first, but that's normal: we're challenging your fears and insecurities and getting to new territories. However, I'll be there supporting you by phone, email or text. * In the next session we'll explore your new feelings and repeat the cycle.
