It has passive solar with bamboo floors. It is surrounded by windows of light on nature, sky and fields. It is a breathtaking and relaxing space to explore yoga.Specialties*Personalized private or semi-private yoga and meditative sessions incorporating Pilates, are designed for you, your needs and intentions. Schedule at your convenience at Rivers of Light Studio. *Vinyasa Flow classes are held in a private serene studio surrounded by nature and light. Breath supports alignment and movement. Awareness grows. Individual attention is given. Thursdays 9:30-11 am; 6:30-8 pm Saturdays 9:30-11 am *Gentle Yoga class is meditative and breath based. It takes place both seated and standing. Everyone is encouraged to vary their practice as best for that moment. Ending relaxation can take place on a chair or mat. All are welcome, beginners and those with yoga experience. Wednesdays 9:30-10:45 am This group meets at the Little Compton Community Center which is Handicapped accessible. *Celebration Yoga Classes are created for wedding parties, birthdays, family gatherings and summer vacations.
