Gold's Gym (formerly Rodman Health and Fitness Center) offers fitness equipment and professional fitness instruction to participants aged 16 and up. They also offer tanning facilities, massage therpay, sauna, group exercise & spin classes, racquetball, childcare, tennis and basketball.
