History
The property was once a dairy farm. For the past 40 years it has been part of the Massachusetts Tree Farm Program. In 1984 Gilbert's B&B became the first B&B in Rehoboth. We welcome travelers from throughout the world. Hearty breakfasts give guests a good start to the day. We always ask if guests have dietary restrictions. Guests enjoy the quiet atmosphere and comment on how helpful Jeanne and Don (owners) are.

Gilbert's B&B has been welcoming guests from throughout the world for 30 years. We offer a quiet place on 17 acres for business travelers and vacationers. The house was built in 1835 and offers a step back in time with original long-leaf yellow pine floors, original windows (12 over 12 panes), original hardware. A stone terrace invites guests to enjoy the sounds of nature.

To be honest, we stayed here because it was very convenient. However, after staying there, we feel we got more than we paid for and it would be worth it to stay there regardless of the location....

We had such a wonderful time at the Gilbert's. A quaint country home a little outside of town, conveniently located to all the major tourists hot spots, with beautiful scenery, and lovely patio...

Amazing place with great hospitality. Jeanne and Don are incredibly friendly and have a beautiful home. There are a few cats roaming around outside which made the whole experience so much more...
