A bit disappointed since this is from a Michelin star chef. Got some nice char on the pizza but the dough is still a bit undercooked. Grabbed this in a Monday so the wait time was very short.

I got a 6" chicken parmesan sub from Gatto Pazzo. It was $15.68. Both the chicken and the roll were chewy! It has little green leaves also. I was debating on going to Al's Cafe or Gatto Pazzo....
