I had a pretty horrible experience here, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. I came in to trade in a few games and purchase a controller. Up to this point, all is good....

I literally stopped going here because of the manager Tom. He's rude and always pushes bullshit on you that you don't need. And gets Upset because you don't wanna spend 4.99 to protect your game....
