0 stars because there's not even any attentive staff here. there's another place in the mall with froyo/softserve in the food court that has actual employees and service.

maaaan, they had at least 5 toppings that were NOT refilled (including mochi). mochi is a staple froyo topping. their general topping selection sucked and lacked variety. the fruit toppings sucked...
