Super loud traffic noise, the front desk was less than helpful on a couple of occasions. Zero customer service. Ive been a Mariott member for years, this is not the place to stay in Boston.

Really disappointed, at this rate (almost $200 on a Monday night), they don't trust guests to bring a wine glass from the bar to the room, the headboard/bedding smells of an elderly woman guest's...

Elijah is grade A customer service. The hotel is nice but it does come with some challenges. My room 583 had issues with opening the door. We couldn't get in at first. I had to check my key card...
