History

We opened our restaurant, Galo Rei, in 2009 to share our love for Portuguese food with the Ludlow community. A lot has changed since then. We are now known as Fogo Do Rei and we're located at 995 Boston Road, Springfield, MA. We also added a new team member, Richard Morganstern, who is co-owner of our establishment, sharing duties with co-owner Sandra Rubbo.
