FLLAC Educational Collaborative was established in 1975 and provides a range of programs and services for students with disabilities. It governs the Caldwell Alternative School that offers various academic programs to students in grades seven through 12 and also provides a variety of programs in mental and social development. The organization offers various programs in communication, socialization, behavioral and academics for students with cognitive challenges, pervasive developmental disorders and autism. FLLAC Educational Collaborative provides various programs in elementary education, including classes in music, dance, reading and writing. It additionally offers consultation services to various school districts. The center also provides programs in short-term placement and diagnostic testing. FLLAC Educational Collaborative is located in Shirley, Mass.

This plan was developed by the District Technology Advisory Committee, with input from the Technology Subcommittee of the School Committee, district staff and district community members. The District Technology Advisory Committee consists of district staff members who work closely with technology in the district. The primary responsibilities of this committee are as follows: The Ashburnham Westminster Regional School District currently provides all students (K-12) and staff members access to its computer systems / network as a means to support the strategic plan and educational objectives of the district. The computer system / network provides access to limited educational and administrative resources. These educational and administrative purposes shall be defined as classroom activities, research, communication, collaboration, professional and career development, and the sharing of successful programs, practices and materials. This policy relates to all technology equipment owned by the district or utilized on district property.
