In that respect, this document is the three year plan for technology for the Ashburnham Westminster Regional School District. This plan was developed by the District Technology Advisory Committee, with input from the Technology Subcommittee of the School Committee, district staff and district community members. The District Technology Advisory Committee consists of district staff members who work closely with technology in the district. The primary responsibilities of this committee are as follows: The Ashburnham Westminster Regional School District currently provides all students (K-12) and staff members access to its computer systems / network as a means to support the strategic plan and educational objectives of the district. The computer system / network provides access to limited educational and administrative resources. These educational and administrative purposes shall be defined as classroom activities, research, communication, collaboration, professional and career development, and the sharing of successful programs, practices and materials. This policy relates to all technology equipment owned by the district or utilized on district property.
