Evolve Community Fitness started in the garage of one of our owners. At the time, we were a group of friends who would gather regularly to complete workouts together, offering support and camaraderie along the way. Our discussions regarding health and wellness and the benefits achieved became something that we relied on and could not live without. Over the years, we grew to realize how important it is to surround yourself with people that share your passion, care about you and your health, and encourage each other to be your best self. We quickly realized how we could share our knowledge and have a positive impact on other peoples lives. From there, Evolve Community Fitness was formed.
