No problem with this bank/ credit union You can do most things online now so no need for more staff. That would surely leads to fees.

Stay away !! Terrible customer service. Attempted 6 calls over 2 days without a call back trying to straighten out a new debit card. No one answers the phones. Shorthanded or just plain lazy ??

Tired of big banks? Come to a two branch bank where everyone knows your name. I went to this bank to get a commercial loan several years ago. They did the loan in two weeks after a local medium...

Ive been a customer since 2014 and I had to close my account with this Credit Union because the customer service got Horrible after Covid! Only 2 Tellers working and no customer rep the Tellers...
