Office cancels appointments at the last minute then is unaccommodating in rescheduling. The greasy looking woman working the front desk is terribly rude and unprofessional.

Many things to complain about. Came here few years ago to get my new contacts, after 3 different appointments, still no solution and the eye doctor just stopped responding to me. Nothing was taken...
