Founded in 1991, Collection Company of America is a privately held, national debt management and recovery resource company. The corporation is headquartered in Norwell, Mass., and has regional centers in Chicago, Dallas, Denver, and West Bridgewater, Mass. The corporation merged with EOS, one of Europe's largest accounts receivable outsource companies, and operates as its United States recovery management division. Collection Company of America provides various services, such as recovery strategies and risk management. It offers a key account coordinator program, wherein a coordinator has the primary responsibility of providing a single point of contact for the coordination of projects and analyses associated with specific contracts. The coordinator also performs quality control checks on placement and payment files, and various file transfer and cash issues.
