Datum Engineering & Surveying, LLC ( DES ) was established in February, 1983 as a general partnership by Edward Pelletier and Michael Dilaj. This organizational firm was changed to a Limited Liability Company in February, 1995. Since inception, the partnership has been registered to conduct business exclusively in the State of Connecticut.The business goal of DES is to provide a personal level of surveying and engineering services to its clients. Concentrating on a local market consisting of primarily Eastern Connecticut, the firm has developed a client base of numerous repeat customers.
