I parked in the TOWN PARKING opposite to the business and a man came out and chased me down in his car and told me that "you can't park there" and "your car will be gone one day".

By far the worst experience I've had with a towing company so fa. Yesterday, Friday, December 20 I had an accident due to a snowstorm on my way home. my car ended on a bridge half way in the air...

I brought my truck to Elm Street Auto to have the starter replaced and it would not shift when it came back. They towed it back to my shop instead of me picking it up in order to hide what they did

They charged their towing service as they wanted with the help of Andover police Never come here for your service, especially towing
