Ellie Mental Health is a resource for outpatient mental health services along the North Shore in Massachusetts. We accept most major insurance carriers such as: Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare, Mass General Brigham, and Harvard Pilgrim. Our team of clinicians have a wide variety of specialties including talk therapy, art therapy, child/play therapy, individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, canine assisted therapy, experiential therapy, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy).
