Dr. Ellen Wolk has been committed to helping patients get healthy for 23+ years. Her focus is on getting patient's past symptoms and keeping them well. Dr. Wolk was one of the first chiropractors in the state to provide Onsite chiropractic care.She has been providing the highest quality of care to employees of the MITRE Corporation in Bedford, MA.for 14 years. Nutrition is vital to good health; Dr. Wolk has been trained in Nutritional Testing and helps patients with diet and nutrition. Dr. Wolk specializes in VERY GENTLE chiropractic care. She uses a broad array of low and non force adjusting techniques to adjust the spine and extremities including feet, knees, shoulders, elbows, wrists, TMJ and other areas of the body. Your treatment will also include soft tissue/massage work to gently relax your muscles so the adjustment is held better by your body. Gentle techniques can be used safely and effectively for EVERYONE including the youngest of infants to the elderly. Patients find these treatments comfortable and relaxing.
