HistoryMy name is Edilizon Monteiro (Instructor Eddie). For many years I have worked with youths and adults seeking a healthier lifestyle. Through my 8 years experience of fitness through the martial arts industry, I have studied Tae Kwon Do (Korean), Muay Thai (Thailand), Krav Maga (Israel self defense) and boxing (American). As a child I was bullied and martial arts helped me build self- confidence, ambition, and the inner strength to become the man that I am today.
