The African American lady in the photo dropped something on the ground and continued making food with the same glove. This is a basic food safety issue. She needs to be taught to change gloves...

Sign on the wall clearly says "open at 4:30 am", a good 50 people cued up at 4:15 for breakfast and coffee, when the employee announces she doesn't open until 5:00 am.

Idiot puts his thumb through every donut he handles, unacceptable especially during these times of covid! He's handling money then handing donuts with finger king fu, he's the worst
