I'd have to agree with many other ppls recent posts. The guy who seems to be the manager has a mean attitude and always seems understaffed. The wait times are always long. It's just not good vibes...

Usually I am ok with the drive thru process. This time I ordered a large black coffee. It was handed to me so that I had to grab it from the top half of the large cup. So... guess what happened...
