This Rt. 38 Tewksbury Dunkin is the worst run franchise I've ever had misfortune to experience... There is a pothole in the parking lot that looked like an axle breaker. They pay 5 times as much...

Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes for 2 bagels that were burnt. They had to check if I had payed again and again. In a gross and ugly location with trash everywhere. Do not recommend.

Absolutely worst one I've been too... always rude when you come in, waiting 5 mins for a coffee when you're the only one here. Sits at drive through no answer. Always out of EVERYTHING. Horrible...

Worst Dunkin Donuts around. Rudest employees I've ever encountered!! If you're in the area just go to the one across the street!
