I've done three online pick ups here and I've never had to wait for my orders to be ready. My food's always warm and they always give me extra napkins, too. This is a pretty solid location...

They had quick, friendly service on our way back to the hospital to pick up a coffee and a couple donuts. The coffee was nice and hot, and the donuts were fresh.

Awesome location right in the heart of Chinatown . the lines are long but they move pretty fast . the coffee isn't made the best but its good in a rush . it's right next to the Chinatown T station...
