First off rude employees my girlfriend placed an order online and as we said we have a pickup order she then proceeds to be rude and say it literally just came in... may I say in like the worst...

Why do I always have to pull up and wait when I go through the drive thru? It's a coffee and a sandwich! You you cant put enough people on to work a drive thru properly then dont offer drive thru...

Worst morning crew ever. 3 days in a row my coffee was made incorrectly. I wont be back, even though its the most convenient location for me, I'll drive out of my way to get my coffee made...
