The staff is super friendly and always acknowledges you. This is usually a very busy store but they push through it. My favorite Dunkin. Store is clean and feels like home with the tv and fireplace.

The number one thing I recommend is please only come to this Dunkin' if you want to be late to wherever you need to be or if you want burnt hash browns over and over again. Awful
