Almost every time I order delivery I always order the same. A few "Hot" Caramel Lattes. Maybe some snacks. However, about 50% of the time I receive "Iced" Caramel Lattes. I don't drink iced coffee...

this place WAS GREAT !! until it went under new management. new store manager has no personality, she is always serious, her DM is just as worse, coming in and always yelling and making employees...

Horrible service and have been over charged two times and the last was my last visit there, will advise all my family and friends to stay clear if this store.
