I waited in drive thru 24 mins for cup of coffee absurd!! Why have a drive through ? It's just awful

I will start by saying DD is my favorite coffee. On vacation I had a coffee at the South Yarmouth store and the water is always so blasting hot that it kills that great bean flavor of the coffee....
