Probably the best Dunkin's on the Northshore. Polite, English speaking employees. The lack of communication barrier leads to near perfect order accuracy, I've never had to have my coffee remade....

what the **** is this ?! the whole sandwich was raw ! even though it says toast dark everything on the sandwich was completely uncooked! thank you for trying to poison me! i want corporates number !

Waited an hour for 1 sandwich and they wouldn't give me a refund when I asked for one. Terrible

took 40 minutes to get me half a dozen donuts once. asked multiple times to get it for me and the manager told one of the workers to get them, but he kept working on other orders that were placed...

They always get my order wrong almost every time I have gone there. Unfortunately it is the closest location to my work which is why I go there. Would not recommend!
