Really disgusting, My bagel had torn pieces of napkin in it. Like the put the wrong cream cheese in it then wiped it off with the napkin. The they put the torn napkin in the bag.

coffee is good, but someone please teach the employees how to make a refresher. everytime i pass by here it's watered down completely, im not paying almost $4 for a watered down drink.

service was so bad, super rude. I couldn't get my god dang bacon because "It WiLl Be ToO HoT" like what? my friend also got a cream cheese bagel that had half a teaspoon of cream cheese. DISSAPOINTED
