They're always so polite & conscientious to make sure your order is correct. Very nice staff who work very hard. Always a "have a nice day" when they hand me my coffee!

This place is good (typically 3 stars) but the past 2 days my bagels have not been sliced well. So, -1 star dunks, til I get a better bifurcated bagel. (see photos)

This is the worst dunks. I live 5 minutes away so obviously its convenient. My coffee is ALWAYS made wrong. Coffee ALWAYS tastes burnt. AND!!! The staff is super unfriendly. I hope this location...
