The employees were more concerned with facetiming and chatting with their friends then taking orders. I watched the girl look at me then turn back to her friends rather than taking my order.

They're always so polite & conscientious to make sure your order is correct. Very nice staff who work very hard. Always a "have a nice day" when they hand me my coffee!

This place is good (typically 3 stars) but the past 2 days my bagels have not been sliced well. So, -1 star dunks, til I get a better bifurcated bagel. (see photos)
