Always attentive staff - I just wish they'd get functional lids - i.e., ones that actually close - so I don't get coffee spilled in the cupholder.

I come to this dunkin almost every day. and the woman who takes my order is always so disrespectful and rude. she is always taking orders at the drive thru and believe she has a scooter. yesterday...
