Why do they never have any jelly sticks. I understand that no longer make the donuts on location but if you run out of jelly sticks by 9 a.m. wouldn't you order more than next time?

I ordered ice tea with no ice and I was told they were no longer accommodating no ice you could only do less ice. Service is slow and people are rude.
