Future Chefs is a Boston-based organization that empowers youth by providing them with the skills and opportunities needed to succeed in life beyond high school. Through their programs, participants learn culinary techniques, develop essential life skills, and receive ongoing support to pursue a variety of professional careers. Future Chefs is committed to fighting against racial inequality and aims to eliminate socioeconomic disparities faced by communities of color. With a mission to prepare teens for life and work, Future Chefs believes that the skills learned in the kitchen can be applied to all aspects of a fulfilling life.
