Martin and Deborah Yaffee owned and operated the much beloved Riverside Restaurant in Shelburne Falls, MA and have been supporting others with nourishing fare physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually since 1984. They opened the Riverside Healing Arts Center in 2006. Dharma Nutrition is a focused offering of The Dharma Diet....a program of nutrition, cooking, hypnosis and meditation practice to support meditators and other spiritual seekers in their practice.
