Always clean, always friendly staff and people there. They have expanded since I started going there to have a larger gym which is great. The only "downside" is there are only 2 squat racks so...

Nice, non-chain gym that offers 24 hour access. They have classes and a sauna too. LifeFitness and Cybex equipment. Staff is always friendly
