older property, so don't expect the amenities of a higher priced, newer hotel. But that's the point! this is half the price of hotels closer to Newport, and puts you out nearer Horse Neck Beach...

Kinda of a low budget motor inn rooms are clean at least bed isn't that comfortable but it's off the floor the bathroom was very clean as well the shower was slippery no safety handrails no toilet...
