Continuously operated by the same family, the Cedar Hill Dairy Joy of Weston first opened its doors in 1961 and has served delicious summer favorites to millions over the decades. Dairy Joy’s unique JavaBerry flavor recipe was discovered by accident years ago when a manager mistakenly combined raspberry sherbet with coffee ice cream. A daring customer gave it a try and the rest is history.
