I've had really poor service and good service. I suspect that we can blame the corporate offices for the poor communication and lack of decent customer service which can cause unnecessary ordeals....

Pharmacy is Completely unresponsive when calling. Put on hold as long as I can stand it, last time 15 minutes, before hanging up. If your questions can't be answered by the voicemail prompts you...
