HistoryAfter working in the healthcare field for over 20 years, it was time for a change. I started working with my husband, a painting contractor, which lead to a 30 pound weight gain! Like everyone else, I tried everything. I joined gyms that I didn't go to, because I dreaded the atmosphere. I tried home programs that I didn't follow through with and then I found a trainer. I came to love the one on one sessions and found the structured schedule that I needed. After being very successful with trainer and my personalized program, I reached my goal. I was happier, healthier and realized that I wanted to share this with others. I also knew that I wanted to make personal training private, yet affordable, so I decided to become a certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant. In April 2006, I received my certificate from NPTI.
