HistoryZama Yoga, LLC has offered classes at the First Congregational Church since September 2001. Marie started with one class and over time the business grew and now we offer 5 classes a week with 3 instructors. We are able to offer classes at a very reasonable rate.SpecialtiesOur classes are multi-level so that new and more experienced students may attend. Alternatives are suggested and students are encouraged to try variations for their level of practice. During a yoga class one does a series of poses that work the muscles, joints, spine, and internal organs. The poses help strengthen the muscles and bones, improve circulation and digestion, and increase flexibility.
