Courtyard Resort

Looking for a place to stay in Hyannis? The Courtyard Resort is right in the center of it all. In the late 80s the iconic Howard Johnson hotel was converted to the Courtyard Resort, a time share with 75 Units. Many of our units are available though resort exchange programs and rentals. All of the rooms were recently renovated and provide a kitchenette, sleep sofa in addition to full and queen beds, free Wi-Fi. and free onsite parking. You can also enjoy our indoor pool and hot tub while staying at Courtyard. Just a short walk you will find boutiques, galleries and great restaurants. Be sure to check out the Fresh Ketch seafood restaurant on our property, Downtown Bistro on Main St and the Daily Paper for breakfast, Have fun exploring Hyannis on the Duck tour on Main Street just outside of our parking lot. It's just a short drive to many beautiful beaches Think about using Uber or Lift to avoid the crowed beach parking lots during the summer.
