North Central Human Services provides residential programs and medical services to patients suffering from mental health disorders and behavioral problems. It provides consultation and treatment for emotional trauma, stress, depression, marital problems and substance abuse. The services offered by the agency include case management, psychiatric evaluations, medication monitoring, psychotherapy, anger management, hospital screening, treatment planning, parenting support and social rehabilitation programs. It provides a variety of special programs, including behavioral and individual therapies, American Sign Language and school-based workshops. The agency also organizes yoga classes, fitness and counseling sessions and educational seminars in schools and colleges. North Central Human Services has offices located in Gardner, Barre and Winchendon, Mass.
