they didn't know how to take off acrylic after i made sure to ask she went to go give me my manicure with acrylic still left on my nail and i had to ask for her to take it ALL off?? i have never...

I did my nails with Ben , cuticles horrible , under the tip she didn't removed the glue, also , she did not clean the polish around it. I paid $60 . She said not cuticles include. Never again
